Norwalk’s Juice of the Month for April is cantaloupe juice. Here are some helpful tips for preparation of cantaloupe for juicing with the Norwalk.

To prepare cantaloupe, cut a ripe cantaloupe in half, and then into wedges. When making nectar or frozen cantaloupe, remove the pith and seeds. Then remove the green connective tissue with the rind as it can be bitter when juiced.
