Blackberries are a sweet summertime favorite, high in vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and dietary fibers. Wash and remove stem ends and caps from berries.

Nectar (Grid #4)

Triturate only. Do not press. Fill housing loosely with berries. Hold the pusher over the berries before turning on the Norwalk. While triturating be sure to keep some berries in housing at all times to prevent throwback. When finished, leave the pusher in the tube until you have turned off the Norwalk.

Frozen Blackberry Dessert (Grid #1)

Triturate only. Wash and remove stem ends and caps from the berries. Place loosely on a cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen transfer to plastic bags until ready to use. Frozen berries may be triturated as with the nectar. For a creamier consistency, use Grid #4.
