The Norwalk makes delicious salsa! Use Grid #4 for the jalapeños, garlic, and lime for a finer grind. Fill the housing with the produce. Place the pusher on top of the produce and turn on the Norwalk. Push the produce through. Turn off the Norwalk before removing the pusher to add more produce and repeat these steps.

When grinding the larger produce for salsa, such as tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cilantro, use Grid #0 to grind larger chunks. Fill the housing with the produce. Place the pusher on top of the produce and turn on the Norwalk. Push the produce through. Each time you add produce, turn off the Norwalk, remove the pusher and add more produce to the housing. Repeat until you have ground all of the ingredients. Stir thoroughly, season to taste and enjoy homemade salsa from the Norwalk.
