Break off cauliflower florets to the appropriate size to fit into the Norwalk’s feed tube. Steam them to al dente, then let them cool. Without using a grid, slide the grid holder into the feed tube. Fill the feed tube loosely with steamed cauliflower. Place the pusher on top and turn on the Norwalk. Push the cauliflower through. Each time your add cauliflower, turn off the Norwalk, remove the pusher and add more cauliflower to the housing. Repeat until you have ground all of the cauliflower. Season to taste and enjoy mashed cauliflower from your Norwalk.
