The Norwalk grinds seeds into delicious seed butters with ease. Sesame seeds must roasted and hulled before use. When grinding sesame seeds into butter, use Grid #4. Fill the feed tube and pan with seeds. Firmly place and press the blue lid over the feed pan before turning on the Norwalk. After a few moments of grinding, remove the blue lid from the feed pan and allow the pusher to gravity feed the final seeds through the feed tube. The seeds will warm as they are ground by the cutter into seed butter.

Remember there are no preservatives in your seed butter. Refrigerate as needed.

Seed butters taste best freshly made and warm.
