Wash grapes and remove large stems. (It is not necessary to remove small stems unless so desired.)
Juice (Juicing Grid or Grid #2)
Triturate, strain and press in flat cloths.
Place a deep dish or bowl with a strainer under the discharge tube. Fill the housing and pan with prepared grapes. Then turn on the Norwalk and triturate, being sure to leave some grapes in the housing at all times to avoid throwback. When finished, leave the pusher in the tube until you have turned off the Norwalk. Using a spoon, stir the pulp in the strainer and work most of the juice through into the bowl.
Fill the center portion of a flat cloth with one cup of pulp. Fold into thirds and always press with two cloths.
