Mushroom Walnut Dip
Yield: 2 cups
8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms
1/4 cup of Onions
1 1/2 cups of Walnuts
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon of Vegemite, can substitute for Worcestershire sauce
Sauté the mushrooms and onions.
Triturate using Grid #3, adding walnuts, vinegrette, and Vegemite or substitute.
Stir to blend, serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
