Press only in flat filter cloth. Do not Triturate.
Cut pineapple into 1 1/2 to 2-inch slices. Place the slice including the center core and skin in the center of a filter cloth. Fold and press. For best results, press two full cloths at once.
Cut pineapple into strips and freeze in plastic bags. When frozen, triturate using gentle pressure with the pusher. When finished, leave pusher in the tube until you have turned off the motor.
