The Norwalk grinds grains into a fine flour using Grid #6. To clean the grid after grinding, first use the end of the grid slide to scrape the excess grain from both sides of the grid. Then use cold water, soap, and a brush to scrub the remaining grain from both sides of the grid until clean. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
