Description
The Norwalk Juicer has been made with a straight housing for over 40 years. The straight housing allows for quick and efficient juicing. It does require some effort to learn how to use the machine properly, if not you may end up with produce being spit out of the tube. This is called throwback.
Most people learn how to master this process after two or three times of making juice.
Norwalk reintroduced the Retro offset housing to prevent throwback. It is simple to use.
You will need to cut your produce into smaller pieces with the Retro offset housing than you would with a straight housing and you need to feed leafy greens through the housing slower than with a straight housing.
