3 stalks of Kale
2 Apples, wash, slice 1/4 or 6 equal cut, remove blossoms and stems, seeds may remain.
1 Pear, prepare as above.
3 stalks of Kale, trim off cut ends.
3 Carrots, peeled.
1" Ginger, peeled.
Triturate all above using Grid #J
1/2 Lemon, peeled, place in the center of juice press cloths, add one cup of pulp, fold and press 2 cloths at the same time.
