2 Stalks of Kale
2 Apples, 1/4 or six equal cuts, remove stem and blossom, seeds can remain.
1 Pear, prepare as above.
2 Carrots, peel and remove both ends.
2 Stalks of Kale, wash well.
1 Cucumber, wash and slice horizontal if using the Retro (offset) Housing, not necessary if using the straight housing.
1/2" Ginger, peeled.
1 Beet, wash, peel and remove both ends, cut in half.
Triturate all of the above using Grid #J
1/2 Lemon, peeled and halved, place 1 half in the center of a juicing cloth, add 1 cup of pulp, fold and press two cloths at a time.
